We are Boston Cleaning Collective. Our business emerged from grassroots meetings of immigrant women exploring ways to support one another and build a new kind of economy. Everyone at Boston Cleaning Collective is a member-owner. Our legal structure and practices are guided by international cooperative movement principles. We aspire to provide ourselves with a wide range of benefits in addition to living wages. Our business has grown quickly since launching in 2018, and we plan to create opportunities for more workers to become members.
